UniTmp is a unified platform that merges TOPDB, TOPDOM, PDBTM and HTP databases and provides interoperability between the incorporated resources. The current update contains 10932 membrane-embedded structures, 9365 sequences with 639915 topology-annotated protein segments and 9097 conservatively localized protein domains or motifs as well as 15327 annotated human transmembrane proteins.
